The price for one apartment includes parking at the local car park (100m from the house),
air conditioning, sat tv, wlan internet, bedlinen and handtowels, final cleaning and all taxes.
Minimum stay 4 nights.

PAYMENT METHODS
The apartment is booked by transfering 30% of the total amount to our account (via bank transfer or Western union) and sending a confirmation of payment via email.
This amount corresponds to the fee should you decide to cancel your reservation.
The remaining amount, along with a deposit of 100 €, are payable in cash at your arrival. The deposit will of course be refunded at the end of your stay, provided that no serious damage has occurred to the apartment.
Unfortunately, we cannot return any payments if you decide to arrive later or leave earlier than planned in the original booking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
ARRIVNIG AT OUR HOUSE…
* Check in is from 14h, check out until 10h.
* The parking card is at your disposal from check in to check out.
* Once you arrive, please temporarily park your car in front of our garages (2 green garage doors) and drop us a call or text to come down to greet you. We’ll give you the parking card so you can fetch your luggage and park your car at the nearby parking lot.
* Then we will show you the apartment, and we have to take care of the administrative issues such as passports/ID cards (for registering you with the authorities) and payment (remaining amount + the deposit (100€) in cash).
DURING YOUR STAY…
* Please be respectful of the neighbours, of the apartment and its content:)
* The apartment may be used only by persons who are registered as our guests. Please do not invite friends, relatives etc to the apartment.
* Our apartments are family-friendly. Please keep noise to a minimum from 14-16 and 23-8h. (This includes the balcony..)
* No smoking in the apartment, but it is ok to smoke on the balcony.
* Hand towels are changed every 2 days, and the bed linen every 3 days.
LEAVING THE APARTMENT…
* Let us know when you plan to leave a day in advance.
* When you are ready to leave, please call us to your apartment to return the keys and the parking ticket and to receive the deposit.
